Shameem created Moky and has been delivering Moky classes since 2010. Moky came from Shameem wanting to create a place/exercise programme which is accessible and achievable for anyone. The demand has been incredible and has resulted in this website being set up to enable people to access Moky sessions where ever they are (internet access allowing). Shameem has over 15 years of experience in dance and fitness and is passionate about exceeding your expectations.
At Shameem.Fit you can access our fun sessions in the comfort of your own home. This is ideal if you can’t make it to a class yourself or you just want to build up confidence at home first.

Our Workouts
All our workouts use great music to help you get the most of your workout.
MokySculpt is our low impact Dumbell workout. It’s incredibly popular and gets fantastic results. Get stronger and sculpted with our low impact all over body workout! Live and Free every Monday 6.25pm.
MokyHIIT is our 30 minute Combat HIIT style workout. This workout is amazing for increasing your strength and power as well as being an incredible calorie torcher! Live and Free MokyHIIT every Tuesday 6.25pm.
If you’re short on time but want the maximum results go for the MokyBlast playlist which uses HIIT, Core and Sculpt and really works your muscles! Live and Free every Wednesday 6.25pm.
MokyX is our latest and toughest workout live on Thursday 6.25pm. This 25-30 minute session combines dumbbells and body weight exercises with HIIT. Not suitable for beginners as we push hard! Recommended after you have done our MokySculpt and MokyHIIT regularly.
Our MokyZest classes came from demand from older adults wanting a suitable workout. Shameem took a Level 3 Older Adult Fitness course to help design the perfect Low impact, high strengthening programme. Live and Free MokyZest is Friday 10am. If you are over 70 please contact me for a coupon code to access the subscribers area at no charge! This workout can use weighted gloves or dumbells to help gain more strength. Shameem demonstrates when you can use the weights but these are optional as all routines can be done without.
Mokyfit is our incredibly popular dance workout which has been running for over 10 years. and so much fun, The live sessions are done ad-hoc so keep an eye on our facebook page Moky for when our next one is. We have all the live class archives on the subscribers area as well as the set playlist which we update regularly with new content keeping up-to-date with the latest chart hits.
Our MokyCore playlist is the perfect mat based core workout to add on to any of the other playlists or done alone.
